Windows UI backend complete

Doug Coleman has implemented a Windows backend for the Factor UI. I have been debugging X11 and Cocoa, and I implemented a new browser interface for looking at word definitions, reading documentation and inspecting objects.

I'm releasing 0.81 really soon now. I'll just wait for the UI overhaul to settle down, and work on documentation in the mean time.

It's impressive how far you've come with factor. It's tough getting mindshare for new languages so I was wondering where do you see it going in the future?

I think in the future, the language will improve and more libraries will be contributed. That's all I can say. I'm not aiming for mass-market appeal, although I'd like to get paid to code Factor at some point.

Slava,

When it comes to getting paid, that will happen if you get the opportunity to choose your environment. This does happen on occassions, though not as much as I would like.
